All return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

After this period, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Product Conditions
For a return to be valid, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
a. Perfect Condition: Not opened, used, or consumed.
b. Packaging Integrity: The container must be intact, with no dents, breaks, cracks, or signs of tampering.
c. Preservation of Labels: All original labels, seals, or security stickers must remain attached and legible.

Provide your order number and briefly describe the reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions for shipping or delivering the product.
5. Refunds and Store Credit Policy

No cash refunds will be issued.

Once the return is received and verified, we will issue store credit to your Cacebal account for the value of the product, valid for future purchases.

The credit will expire 6 months from the date of issuance.
6. Non-Eligible Products

Items with damaged or opened packaging, or without original labels.

Items returned after the 24-hour period.
7. Exceptions and Special Cases
In cases of products that are defective due to a manufacturing issue or shipping error, we will evaluate each situation individually and may, at our discretion, authorize product exchanges or issue store credit, even outside the usual timeframes.
